Amidst the Milan Fashion Week buzz, Gucci’s Fall Winter 2024 Women’s Collection brought us a stunning array of makeup looks that felt both classic and fresh, evoking an era of timeless elegance, drawing a direct line from the past to the present, featuring bold eye makeup paired with simple, glossy lips. The take on beauty was a mix of old-school glam and modern flair, inspired by Italian actresses of the 1960s.
To achieve these dramatic eyes, makeup artists used Gucci’s Stylo Définition L’Obscur and Stylo Contour des Yeux in classic black for thick lines on the upper lids and fine lines underneath.
Before applying makeup, models’ faces were prepped with Gucci’s hydrating mist, Brume De Beauté, along with a matifying primer, Sérum De Beauté Fluide Matifiant, and a nourishing balm, Baume Nourrissant Universel. For a flawless complexion, they used the lightweight Concentré de Beauté concealer, Éternité de Beauté foundation that stays put all day, and Poudre De Beauté Mat Naturel powder to smooth out the skin.
To finish off the look, lips were kept simple yet striking with Gucci’s Rouge à Lèvres Mat lipstick and a touch of shine from the Gloss à Lèvres volumizing gloss and nourishing balm, adding just the right amount of color and glow.
