Dubai Fashion Week AW25/26 Day 2 was all about creativity, craftsmanship, and storytelling. The NIF Global x London School of Trends opened the day with Launchpad, a collection that reimagined India’s heritage through a modern, sustainable lens—think intricate embroidery, handwoven textiles, and contemporary cuts made for a global audience. Making a mark as the first Australian brand on the DFW runway, Paolo Sebastian brought a fairytale to life, marrying romance with couture precision in a collection filled with ethereal tulles and delicate embroidery.
Weinsanto dialed up the drama, mixing Parisian design sensibilities with its signature theatrics, drawing inspiration from Maxim’s Paris for a collection that felt equal parts nostalgic and new. Antoine Kareh explored the beauty of contrast, using light and shadow to sculpt silhouettes that moved with a poetic kind of grace. Wrapping up the night, Velvety Couture transformed Zaha Hadid’s architectural mastery into wearable art, layering chiffon, taffeta, and velvet into pieces that mirrored the curves and fluidity of the Heydar Aliyev Center.
