Once known as Arab Fashion Week, Dubai Fashion Week has spent the past decade carving its place on the global fashion calendar. With each season, the city attracts a wave of designers, editors, and industry insiders, eager to witness the evolution of couture and ready-to-wear in the region.

Documenting it this season is Emma Stokwielder, a Dutch photographer based in Dubai, whose work has hints of both editorial sharpness and a documentary eye. Starting her career in portrait and event photography, she gradually moved into fashion, drawn to the movement, the textures, and the unguarded moments that happen between shows. Scroll to see the best looks as Emma takes Soigné Middle East on a pictorial journey through the runway.
