These fitness influencers are raising the bar when it comes to fitness, strength and self-discipline. Whether it’s scaling the Mount Everest, breaking world records, or balancing motherhood – they do it all, and they do it unapologetically.

Manal Rostom

Not only is Manaal a skilled mountaineer and marathoner, she also really enjoys breaking records and shattering norms. Her list of accolades is a mile long. She’s the first Egyptian woman to scale the Mount Everest, Mount Kosciusko, and Mont Blanc; she’s completed the 6 World Marathon Majors, and the Great Wall of China Marathon. She is Nike’s first Hijabi Athlete and founder of ‘Surviving Hijab’ platform. Whew. Just listing her accomplishments has got us winded!

Azza AlMughairy

Azza exudes the kind of confidence that only comes from years of training and discipline. She’s an instructor at Crank, one of the UAE’s most popular boutique fitness studios, as well as mom extraordinaire to her three kids. She also hosts a radio show and a pop-up workout class called ‘Shape Up with Azza’.

Rawan Alsadi

Rawan is not only good at padel but she’s the ambassador of it, that is, of the 700 Padel & Fitness Hub. We knew padel was a great way to get those calories sweating off your body but who knew you could look so chic while you’re at it?

Rawan Zahran

Rawan began her wellness journey after becoming a mother. Through postpoartum fitness, she found healing, strength, and a community of women that wanted to become the healthiest versions of themselves. She founded a women’s only gym ‘Sweat Army’ in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia to keep that community growing.

Dana Alabdullah

Dana is the co-founder and coach at 8 Limbs, a Muay Thai gym in Jabriya, Kuwait, empowering women through combat sports.

Zahra Lari

Emirati figure skater Zahra Lari is the first from the Middle East to do so. She holds the title of CEO and Co-founder of Emirates Skating Club in Abu Dhabi, and has also featured in a Nike ad. She was inspired to become a figure skater after watching a Disney film about it in her childhood, and now she inspires countless young kids herself.

Engy El Shazly

Engy became a ballerina at the age of 27, proving that age is no barrier to pursuing one’s passion and wellness.
