Introducing Soigné Middle East’s 002  Biannual Print Edition

Redefining modest coastal fashion

Soigné Middle  East was founded to give modest fashion an impartial home, one that isn’t tied to any single religion, culture, or social expectation. As a purpose-driven publication, it reports through the lenses of inclusivity, diversity and a fashion industry that equally belongs to all.

Last winter, the first Soigné print edition put that vision in readers’ hands. The debut gathered talents from across the region and beyond to show how different sizes, backgrounds and budgets now sit side by side under the modest umbrella. The response—sell‑outs and letters from readers who finally felt seen—proved there is appetite and room on the newsstands for a magazine that is rooted in the values of modesty.

Issue 002, on stands this August, heads to the shore with cover star Danya Mohammed for a new dawn of modest coastal fashion.

Titled A new era of modest coastal fashion, the edition traces how modest resort wear went from niche to necessary and what the change means for the industry at large.

Expect growth data on full-coverage swimwear, beach wear and coastal dressing as well as interviews with experts on SPF‑smart fabrics, practical breakdowns of fit, breathability, and sizing for high‑heat conditions.

Visual stories back the analysis. Photo shoots translate trend forecasts into kaftans, water‑ready abayas, and jewellery built for bright light. Beauty pages test mineral sunscreens that work on deeper skin, and lifestyle pieces examine how coastal routines—from sunrise swims to evening markets—are adapting to more covered silhouettes.

Issue 002 delivers a clear snapshot of where modest coastal fashion stands today and the direction it’s heading, all anchored by Danya Mohammed’s take on why coverage and creativity now travel together.
