After unveiling his highly anticipated debut collections for the House, Jonathan Anderson is taking Dior somewhere entirely new. The French maison has announced that its Fall 2027 collection will be presented in Dublin on December 4, marking Dior’s first-ever runway show in Ireland.

Rather than a traditional fashion venue, the collection will unfold inside Trinity College Dublin’s Old Library, an 18th-century architectural landmark renowned for its soaring Long Room and home to the legendary Book of Kells. Steeped in literary and cultural history, the setting offers a fitting backdrop for Anderson’s vision, where heritage and modernity continue to meet.

For the Northern Ireland-born designer, the moment is very much to heart. Before leading one of the world’s most celebrated fashion houses, Anderson began his career in Dublin, making this homecoming especially significant.

“Showing at Trinity College Dublin is a dream come true,” Anderson shared. “I began my career in fashion in Dublin, so returning here feels deeply personal. To present this collection in such an extraordinary setting, at an institution with such an important cultural history, is a real honour.”

With Anderson at the creative helm of both Dior Women and Dior Men, the Dublin presentation is expected to be one of the season’s most anticipated fashion events, bringing together couture, culture and history in one of Ireland’s most extravagant settings.
