TANSŌ

Hidden inside a villa in Jumeirah, TANSŌ offers one of Dubai’s most private new dining experiences. The chef-driven Japanese concept moves beyond traditional omakase with a seasonal menu featuring dishes like Hamachi Apple, Marrow & Grain and A5 Wagyu Striploin Ishiyaki, all served in a space that lets the food do the talking.

Ramen Hisa

From the team behind TakaHisa comes a refined take on one of Japan’s most-loved comfort dishes. With just 28 seats inside Dubai Opera, Ramen Hisa serves centered around bowls featuring house-made noodles, premium bluefin tuna and exceptional Wagyu, Kobe and Ozaki beef in a serene, tatami-style dining room.

Sutēki

Suteki

There’s a new wagyu spot to know in Dubai. Sutēki has opened at Harbour House, Dubai Harbour, with a menu dedicated to the Japanese favourite, from fresh raw dishes to grilled cuts. The space pairs warm wood, art and waterfront views for a dining experience that feels very Dubai.

Le Piaf

Le Piaf has officially landed in Dubai, bringing its Parisian charm to Jumeirah Emirates Towers. Taking over the former La Cantine du Faubourg space, the restaurant swaps Paris’ Rue Jean Mermoz for a dramatic red-hued dining room filled with velvet, statement chandeliers and playful French touches. Alongside French-inspired dishes with a Dubai twist, guests can enjoy live performances throughout the night.
