In a collab no one saw coming, beauty brand Huda Beauty and American rapper Cardi B have joined forces. Adding to the brand’s Easy Bake series with the Ultra Snatched Collection, the collection features a series of soft pinks and sharp lilacs to soften, brighten, and ultimately “snatch” any look.
The story all began this weekend, with Cardi B “taking over” Huda Beauty in a cheeky Instagram post. Transforming Huda Beauty’s signature branding into HUDA Cardi Beauty, the internet, especially beauty fans, were beyond hyped. While unexpected, the two figures share an unapologetic, passionate energy, giving the collaboration its unique finesse.
This sentiment came together in their recent ad campaign, which featured a fun, Freaky Friday-esque video of the two women switching, or rather “snatching”, each other’s lives. Funny enough to get anyone to stop their scroll, the video also points to the new collection.
The new shades can be found in the Easy Bake Duos as Cherry Lilac for light to medium skin tones and Pink Ube for medium to rich skin tones, and in the Easy Bake Pressed as Ube Birthday Cake and Pink Velvet Cookie. Set to officially release on September 8, it comes out just in time as the MENA region opens up for the cooling weather.
