Dubai’s fashion landscape, already home to some of the world’s most iconic luxury flagships, continues to attract new names each year, from heritage houses to much-hyped younger brands. Here are some of the newly-arrived and soon-to-arrive fashion labels in the Emirate:
Primark

Primark is set to arrive in the UAE in early 2025. Known for its affordable and trendy pieces, the Irish retailer will open three massive stores across Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, and City Centre Mirdif, marking Primark’s first foray into the Middle East.
SKIMS

Kim Kardashian’s Skims is finally making its Middle Eastern brick-and-mortar debut with a flagship at Mall of the Emirates in 2025. The shapewear-turned-lifestyle brand has already built a cult following online, and this store will be the brand’s first standalone in the region. Say goodbye to the days of waiting ages for your SKIMS shape-wear to arrive in the mail.
Zimmerman

Australian luxury label Zimmermann is one of the latest additions to the Mall of the Emirates, with its boutique experience designed to reflect the label’s lush, romantic aesthetic.
Barbour

Heritage British label Barbour has expanded into the UAE with stores at Dubai Hills Mall and City Centre Mirdif, marking an exciting new chapter for the century-old brand famous for its waxed cotton jackets, quilted outerwear, and countryside-inspired casualwear.
