Emirati brand Lootah Perfumes has released two new perfumes in its arsenal, right in time for holiday gift shopping. Adding to the Classic Collection is Velvet Dawn, a spicy-warm scent featuring notes of bergamot, cardamom, orris, cypress, vetiver, tonka, vanilla, and amber. The dry down is powdery and leaves an elegant yet intense scent trail.
