If Dubai Bling stars have taught us anything, it is that they know how to throw a good party. And no one does it quite like Farhana Bodi, who recently celebrated her 40th birthday. Staying true to the “Dubai Bling”, here’s everything that went down at the birthday bash.
Taking place at TANG Dubai, a fine Asian spot in Downtown Dubai, we saw the space lit in pink to fit the birthday girl’s Pink Sakura theme. A 6-tier pink birthday cake by Cakes and Cookies sat by a floral archway, in pink flowers, naturally. The birthday girl herself was adorned in pink, wearing a custom gown crafted at Letune Atelier in collaboration with Tunisian designer Ali Karoui. Complimenting the gown were striking diamonds and a whimsical butterfly clutch, courtesy of Roberto Coin and Judith Leiber. And with the iconic Burj Khalifa in the background, every picture of the night screamed Dubai Bling.
Speaking of, those joining from the Dubai Bling crew were Safa Siddiqui in a large pink sequinned two-piece set; Jwana Karim in a figure-hugging silver sequinned gown paired with a matching fur shawl; and our Issue 002 cover star Danya Mohammed wearing a modest pink piece by Huda Aljarallah. We also had some crossover moments as Nour El Haj from Love is Blind Habibi and Chanel Ayan from The Real Housewives of Dubai joined the celebrations.
While the festivities are nothing short of ordinary for the Netflix star, we wonder if what we just witnessed was a sneak peek into Dubai Bling season 4. Only time will tell!
