Announced earlier this year as a month-long celebration, expanding the annual 28 August observance, Emirati Women’s Month offered a longer opportunity to recognise the women shaping life in the UAE. Soigné Middle East marked its close with an intimate lunch at Gigi Rigolatto, J1 Beach, bringing women together for an afternoon centred on connection, ambition and the conversations shaping what comes next. Held on 28 September, the seated gathering offered a fitting close to the month, with empowerment and the women influencing the region’s future at the heart of the table.

“We are all Emiratis in the UAE” is a sentiment that has resonated across the country this year, speaking to a shared sense of belonging among those who call the Emirates home.
