Think about it, your bed is the one place you actually look forward to going, yet it’s usually the last thing you give any real attention to. We obsess over handbags, serums, carry-ons and everything in between, but the mattress and bedding we sleep on every night? The pillows that hold our overworked necks? The sheets and duvet that either overheats us or leaves us freezing at 3am? Somehow, they get the least airtime.
We’ve also accepted this idea that “hotel bed” comfort belongs to hotels and it’s not something your own bedroom is allowed to have on a Tuesday night. But why?

This is what hit me a week ago at the Heveya x Caroline Stanbury launch, when the brand decided to literally take the conversation out of the city. Instead of a standard press preview, they transported us to The Nest by Sonara in the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve for an overnight immersion in their new conscious bedding collection.
Fourteen luxury nests were turned into proper sleep sanctuaries with Heveya’s organic latex mattresses, pillows and duvets, layered with the new Caroline Stanbury x Heveya bedding and a selection of natural sleep accessories. You didn’t just see the collection, you slept in it.
Since we’re all dealing with the craziness this time of the year brings, the evening was planned to slowly switch everyone from busy brain to ready to rest. We started with a sunset Yoga Nidra session led by Alexandra Venison and moved into sound healing with Tanya Ali-Jani as the sky turned from gold to deep blue and the temperature dropped just enough to make you grateful for every layer on the bed waiting for you. Later, an astronomer took us on a sky safari, pointing out constellations and sharing stories of Arabian star heritage while the desert went completely still.

The collection itself is built around two words, Manifest and Grateful. On the surface, that comes through in the details, a calm, neutral palette with a soft Desert Rose shade at the centre, shapes that feel clean and considered, and bedding that doesn’t shout for attention but instantly makes a room feel more grounded. It reflects Caroline Stanbury’s love for a clean, pulled-together space and Heveya’s commitment to natural, non-toxic materials.
Up close, you feel the difference. The fabrics sit softly on the skin, the pillows keep their shape without feeling stiff, and the whole bed feels like it has been edited down to what you actually need for a good night, not overloaded just to look “styled.”

From Heveya’s side, this collaboration is very much a statement on what modern “luxury” in sleep should mean—organic, sustainably sourced materials, thoughtful design, and a real focus on how rested you feel in the morning.
If you didn’t wake up to sunrise over the dunes with a Heveya mattress under you, the experience doesn’t stop there. The Caroline Stanbury x Heveya collection is now available at the Heveya showroom in Al Quoz and online, where the brand’s Sleep Studio lets you try everything in a space that feels closer to a bedroom than a showroom. You can test the mattress, adjust the pillows, feel the weight of the duvet, and actually build your version of “hotel bed at home.”
